Odoo Implementation Consultant - US BASED
Contract | Remote
We’re working with a multi-entity business currently mid-way through an Odoo implementation (migrating from SAP), and looking to bring in an experienced consultant to help stabilize the current environment and support future rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Assess current Odoo setup across multiple entities and identify gaps or misconfigurations
- Provide hands-on support across accounting, inventory, and operational workflows
- Troubleshoot issues in a live environment (e.g. multi-company data segregation, reporting, process flow)
- Support stabilization of existing entities and prepare for rollout of additional companies
- Work directly with finance and leadership teams to align system with business needs
Requirements
- Strong Odoo experience (v14+), ideally across full lifecycle implementations
- Experience working in multi-company / multi-entity environments
- Solid understanding of accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, close, reporting)
- Hands-on experience with inventory, MRP, or distribution workflows
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing implementations (not just build from scratch)
- Technical capability (Odoo Studio, workflows, or custom development in Python/XML/JS) is a strong plus
- Comfortable working independently in a hands-on, advisory capacity
